Rafael is a decorated veteran and accomplished real estate professional whose career has always centered on service. His path began in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, where he proudly served alongside the Marines and rose to the rank of Chief Petty Officer. After his military service, he continued giving back to the community as a firefighter, ultimately retiring as a Lieutenant with Osceola County Fire Rescue.

In 2016, Rafael brought his dedication, discipline, and leadership into the world of real estate. From day one, he committed himself to helping Veterans and families navigate the complexities of relocation and homeownership. His drive for excellence quickly earned him industry recognition, including ORRA’s Silver Top Producer award and, more recently, the esteemed Diamond Top Producer award.

In 2022, Rafael fulfilled a longtime goal by becoming a Broker and launching Renaissance Realty Network; a company built on the belief that real estate should be reimagined.
